When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across Nigeria. We utilize premium third-party couriers to ensure your pieces arrive securely. International shipping is part of our future roadmap.
How long does delivery take?
Standard processing takes 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier; however, we monitor all shipments to ensure they reach you as efficiently as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the issue is our fault (wrong or defective item), we cover the return cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured internationally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours at sagasignature@gmail.com with your order number and clear evidence. We will resolve it promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure rapid fulfillment, we offer a strict 2-hour window for cancellations or modifications. Beyond this timeframe, the order enters our processing system and cannot be altered or recalled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure bank transfers through our payment partner, Paystack and Fluterwave.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Most Saga Signature pieces are released as limited drops. Once sold out, they may not return.
