Returns & Exchanges

At Saga Signature Ltd, our collections are defined by identity, presence, and purpose. Every piece is released in limited quantities under strict quality control. We understand that occasionally, a piece may not meet your expectations. This policy ensures that any return or exchange is handled with the same precision we apply to our designs.


1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To maintain the integrity of our garments, we enforce a strict 14-day return window. You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must meet the following "Pristine Standard":

  • Unaltered State: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents (perfume, smoke, or detergent) or marks (makeup, deodorant, or pet hair).

  • Original Branding: All original tags, labels, and security seals must remain attached and intact.

  • Full Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including any dust bags or limited-edition enclosures.

Saga Signature Ltd reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these specific criteria. Rejected items will be held for collection or returned to the customer at their expense.

2. The Exchange Protocol

Given the limited nature of our "drops," stock is not guaranteed. We facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item satisfies all eligibility requirements in Section 1.

  • The requested replacement size or color is currently in stock at the time your return is processed.

  • Inventory Limitations: If your desired item is sold out, we will offer you the choice of an alternative piece of equal value or a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and the exclusive nature of certain releases, the following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items showing any signs of wear, washing, or post-delivery damage.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Archive" at the time of purchase.

  • Collaborative or high-tier limited drops, where specified on the product page.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered:

  • Reporting Period: You must notify us at sagasignature@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Documentation: Please include your Order Number and high-resolution photographic/video evidence of the defect or error.

  • Resolution: Once the fault is verified, we will prioritize a replacement or a full refund. In these specific instances, Saga Signature Ltd will bear all associated shipping costs.

5. Return Logistics & Costs

  • Brand Error: If the return is necessitated by a fault on our part (as per Section 4), we will facilitate and cover the cost of the return logistics.

  • Client Preference: For all other returns (including sizing issues or change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs/import duties.

  • Liability: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Saga Signature Ltd is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit.

6. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Upon receipt of your return at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.

  • Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

7. Initiating a Request

To ensure your return is processed without delay, please follow the formal procedure:

  1. Send a formal request to sagasignature@gmail.com.

  2. State your Order Number and the specific reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Await Confirmation: Do not ship any items until you have received formal Return Instructions and an Authorization Code. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

8. Statutory Rights & Brand Discretion

This policy is designed to supplement your statutory rights under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Saga Signature Ltd reserves the right to exercise final discretion on all return requests to prevent the misuse of our platform and protect our brand community.
