These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Saga Signature Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or entity (“you”) accessing our platform or purchasing our collections. By utilizing this website or completing a transaction, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Product Fidelity & Availability

Saga Signature is committed to visual and descriptive accuracy. However, due to the artisanal nature of streetwear production and digital display variances:

Visual Variations: Minor discrepancies in color, texture, or finish may occur due to studio lighting or individual monitor settings.
Sizing: Measurements provided in our Size Guides are approximate. A variance of 1–2cm is considered within the margin of production standards.
Exclusivity: All products are released in limited "drops." Placement of an item in your cart does not reserve the stock; availability is only guaranteed upon receipt of an Order Confirmation.

2. Pricing & Financial Accuracy

All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Errors: In the event of a typographical or system error regarding pricing, Saga Signature Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. The Purchase Protocol

To ensure the integrity of our releases, the following conditions apply:

Verification: All orders are subject to internal verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for high-volume resale.
Cancellations: Given our commitment to rapid fulfillment, orders may only be canceled within a two-hour window of placement. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or recalled.

4. Secure Payment Architecture

We utilize industry-standard encryption to ensure your financial security.

Payment Gateways: Transactions are processed via Paystack and other certified financial intermediaries. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure bank transfers.
Security: All electronic payments utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Saga Signature Ltd does not store, nor do we have access to, your sensitive card details or banking credentials.
Indemnity: By completing a purchase, you represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

5. Logistics & Shipping Mandate

Currently, Saga Signature Ltd operates primarily within the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with international expansion governed by future addenda.

Third-Party Fulfillment: Logistics are managed by premium third-party couriers. While we facilitate the process, we are not liable for delays caused by carrier operations, customs, or environmental factors.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing precise delivery information. Saga Signature Ltd is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate addresses or unreachable recipients.

6. Delivery Inspection & Claims

Upon receipt of your package, you are required to inspect the integrity of the seal and the contents.

Reporting Window: Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to sagasignature@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product in question. Failure to report within this window constitutes an acceptance of the goods in their current condition.

7. Returns & The Refund Standard

Our return policy is designed to be fair but firm, protecting the exclusivity of our garments.

Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and "Saga" branding intact.
Non-Returnable Goods: Items marked as "Final Sale," intimate apparel, or items showing signs of wear/perfume/detergent will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable window for banking institutions to reflect these funds.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The "Saga Signature" name, logo, website architecture, product designs, and creative photography are the exclusive intellectual property of Saga Signature Ltd.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our assets for commercial or personal gain is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saga Signature Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

10. Force Majeure

We are exempt from liability for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or global systemic disruptions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

12. Final Statement of Intent

Saga Signature is built on presence and purpose. We expect our community to engage with our platform in good faith. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for any user who engages in fraudulent behavior or attempts to disrupt our operations.
