Prohibited Locations: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or insecure drop-off points. A physical residential or business address is required for all deliveries.
2. Processing & Verification
Each order undergoes a rigorous quality control and verification process before it leaves our facility.

High-Volume Releases: During limited "drops" or peak seasonal periods, processing may extend to 5 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery durations are subject to the logistical reach of our premium courier partners:

4. Shipping Expenditure
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at the point of checkout. These costs are determined by:

5. Tracking & Confirmation

6. Client Responsibilities & Failed Deliveries
The integrity of the delivery depends on the accuracy of the information provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Attempts: Our couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is unreachable or the delivery is refused, the package will be returned to our central hub. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping.
